Rå Hygge BIO Tremella And Maitake Mushroom Coffee is an organic whole-bean specialty coffee combining Peruvian Arabica coffee with dual-extracted Tremella and Maitake mushroom extracts.

The blend contains 98% organic Arabica coffee beans, 1% organic Tremella (Tremella fuciformis) dual extract and 1% organic Maitake (Grifola frondosa) dual extract. Together, the mushroom extracts make up 2% of the blend, providing approximately 280 mg of combined mushroom extracts per 14 g serving.

Each serving therefore contains approximately 140 mg Tremella extract and 140 mg Maitake extract, while the complete 227 g bag provides 4,540 mg of combined mushroom extracts.

The organic Arabica beans are sourced from small organic farmer cooperatives in Peru and roasted in small batches at Rå Hygge's craft coffee roastery in Southern Sweden.

This blend offers a rich, full-bodied taste with nutty almond notes and an earthy aroma from the combination of Tremella and Maitake. Rå Hygge also applies a specialised post-roast treatment to achieve a low acidity level of approximately pH 6.0.

As a whole-bean coffee, it can be freshly ground immediately before brewing and adjusted to suit filter coffee, pour-over, French press or espresso preparation.

The product is EU Organic, vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO.
