Iswari BIO Shelled Hemp Seeds are 100% organic hulled hemp seeds with a mild, naturally nutty flavour and a versatile texture that makes them easy to incorporate into everyday meals.

Hemp seeds are naturally nutrient-dense, providing 34 g of protein per 100 g, making this product high in protein. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.

They also provide naturally occurring minerals including magnesium, phosphorus, iron, potassium and zinc. Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal muscle function, while iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Iswari Shelled Hemp Seeds also naturally provide unsaturated fatty acids, including 7.3 g of omega-3 ALA and 29 g of omega-6 per 100 g.

With their pleasant nutty flavour, the seeds can be eaten directly or added to breakfast bowls, porridge, yoghurt, salads, smoothies and other recipes.

The product contains 100% organic hemp seeds, with no additional ingredients. It is vegan and gluten-free.

Each pouch contains 250 g.
