GABA + B6 = PEACE OF MIND
We at Genius Nutrition® take special pride in our mature, older athletes -the geniuses who created the entire temple out of their bodies and still rocking in their 50, 60, and even 70ies
- the guys whose responsibility is not only their body but also their mind.
But this supplement is perfect for people of all ages who suffer from anxiety or depression but also cognitive declining changes.
KEEP THAT NERVOUS SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING
Situations that you could manage in the past now may begin to make you worry.
And your forgetting became a cycle?!
Your mood is strongly influenced by two key neurotransmitters, GABA and serotonin. But it is also strongly influenced by the one key ingredient; vitamin B6.
When GABA levels are low, anxious thoughts fill your mind, and you don't feel like yourself because nerve cells send impulses too often and too easily.
According to certain studies, the interrupted supply of GABA is associated with anxiety, insomnia, epilepsy, premenstrual syndrome, pain, and, possibly, depression and Alzheimer's.
GABA or gamma-aminobutyric acid is an amino acid synthesized in the brain and has the primary role in the central nervous system. The inhibitory activity of GABA takes place via GABA receptors. When GABA receptors are blocked, there is an increase in anxiety.
And your stress becomes visible to those around you.
But, when GABA attaches itself to a protein in your brain known as a GABA receptor, it produces a calming effect.
GABA plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining synchronicity in neural circuits. Networks of inhibitory GABAergic interneurons can selectively determine which neurons will fire together, thereby controlling the timing of external signals and motor control.
That is why GABA is known as a break of the brain.
With optimal GABA levels, your brain is rebalanced, so you'll no longer suffer from anxiety attacks.
GABA plays a fundamental role in encoding information and behavioral control, regulating motor function and motor learning. The inter-relationships between diet, the brain, and behavior are complex.
However, micronutrients are known to directly influence cognitive function through their involvement in neurons' energy metabolism and the synthesis of neurotransmitters.
That's where vitamin B6 comes into the story.
Vitamin B6 enables the creation of several neurotransmitters (message sending centers) in the nervous system. It is necessary for the brain's normal development and functioning to produce hormones that regulate mood (serotonin, norepinephrine).
Specifically, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) plays one of eight critical roles in maintaining brain and nervous system function. It is involved in hemoglobin production (a protein in the blood that supplies the whole body with oxygen).
This GABA/B6 combo will mellow you out and allow you to focus on one thing and turn your brain off while still being utterly functional at work and home.
Many studies have shown that combining vitamin B6 and GABA may play a role in slowing down cognitive decline and age-related memory loss and reducing the risk of stroke, Alzheimer's disease, and depression.
What about our older members whose look is always magnificently presented and hewn like polished marble?
GABA is a natural stimulator of the main endocrine gland - the pituitary gland, which, among other things, secretes growth hormone (GH). It has been proven that after only 90 minutes of taking GABA, the level of growth hormone in the blood increases up to five times.
With age, the level of secretion of growth hormone decreases, so scientists believe that this is why older people find it harder to lose extra pounds.
The higher the level of growth hormone in the blood, the less body fat, and the better muscle definition you'll have.
- It improves the quality of thinking and memory
- It has a positive effect on the re-establishment of motor activity
- Participates in the normalization of anxious thoughts
- It may slow down dementia
- Increases growth hormone
