MountainDrop Original is a 100% pure natural Shilajit resin sourced from the Altai Mountains. Also known as Mumijo or Mumio, Shilajit is a naturally occurring herbomineral substance traditionally collected from high-altitude mountain regions.

The formula contains only pure Altai Mountain Shilajit resin, with no fillers, powders or unnecessary additives. MountainDrop keeps the product in its characteristic resin form rather than converting it into a powder or capsule.

Shilajit naturally contains a complex mixture of compounds, including fulvic acid, humic substances and naturally occurring trace minerals.

How To Use

Measure 0.2 g (200 mg) of Shilajit using the supplied measuring spoon.

The recommended total daily intake is 0.2–0.6 g (200–600 mg). This may be taken at once or divided into up to three portions throughout the day.

Dissolve the measured resin in water or warm tea. Keep the liquid at 39°C or below rather than using boiling water.

Allow approximately 15–20 minutes for the resin to dissolve, then stir thoroughly before drinking.

The measured resin can also be consumed directly.

Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily intake of 0.6 g.
