Rå Hygge BIO Reishi Mushroom Coffee is an organic espresso-ground specialty coffee combining premium Arabica coffee with dual-extracted Reishi mushroom.

The blend contains 98% organic Arabica coffee and 2% organic Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) dual extract. The complete 227 g bag contains approximately 4,540 mg of Reishi extract.

Based on the declared 2% formulation, a 7 g single espresso serving provides approximately 140 mg of Reishi extract. A 14 g double espresso provides approximately 280 mg.

Rå Hygge uses high-quality dual-extracted Reishi derived from organic mushroom fruiting bodies. The mushroom extracts used by the brand are standardised to 30% polysaccharides and 3% triterpenes.

The organic Arabica coffee is sourced from small organic farmer cooperatives in Peru and roasted in small batches at Rå Hygge's craft roastery in Southern Sweden.

A specialised post-roast process is used to produce a low-acid coffee with a pH of approximately 6.0. The Reishi is paired with a medium roast, producing a full-bodied coffee with an earthy character and subtle umami notes.

This version is finely ground for espresso preparation, making it convenient for espresso machines without the need to grind whole beans.

The product is organic, vegan and gluten-free.

Each 227 g bag provides approximately 32 single espresso servings when using 7 g per shot.
