Dosage Information

Put 10 to 20 drops under the tongue and hold for at least two minutes before swallowing.  Also apply topically using the number of drops necessary to cover up to 3 areas of pain.  If the pain is not resolved sufficiently, place the contents of a Magnesium Malate capsule under the tongue along with a dropper full (approximately 30 drops) of Condura and hold for at least two minutes before swallowing.
