It is widely known that with two dumbbells and a simple bench we can replace most of the equipment in a gym and that we can train most muscle groups : biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, trapezius, chest, quadriceps, biceps, calves. What is difficult though, is that for each muscle group, we need a different weight. This means that we need to have a full set of dumbbells since we need to increase and decrease the weights after the end of the exercise for each muscle group.
