Iswari BIO Super Breakfast Raspberry & Peanut Butter is a 100% organic breakfast blend combining gluten-free oat flakes with seeds, peanuts, dates, raspberry and buckwheat.

The formula contains 44% gluten-free oat flakes, complemented by sunflower seeds, flax seeds and peanuts. Date powder provides natural sweetness, while 1.5% freeze-dried raspberry powder adds a fruity note that complements the rich peanut flavour.

With 17 g of protein and 11 g of fibre per 100 g, this breakfast blend provides a convenient plant-based option for breakfast or snacks. It also naturally provides minerals including magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper and manganese.

Preparation is simple: combine 4 tablespoons with approximately 90 ml of water or your favourite plant-based drink, stir and enjoy.
