KIKI Health Activated Charcoal Powder is a 100% natural, food-grade activated charcoal powder produced from coconut shells.

The coconut shells are highly purified using steam and finely milled to a particle size of approximately 5–10 microns, creating a fine, odourless powder with a large surface area.

Activated charcoal contributes to the reduction of excessive flatulence after eating. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 g at least 30 minutes before a meal and 1 g shortly after the meal.

The versatile powder can also be used as part of an oral-care or skincare routine. For teeth, a small amount can be applied to a wet toothbrush, while for cosmetic use it can be mixed with water or coconut oil to create a face mask.

The simple formula contains 100% activated charcoal with no additional ingredients and is confirmed as vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO and free from preservatives.

How To Use

General oral use: Adults and children over 12 years: mix 1 level teaspoon into a glass of water and drink immediately. Rinse with water afterwards to remove any residue.

For excessive flatulence after eating: Take at least 1 g approximately 30 minutes before a meal and 1 g shortly after the meal.

Activated charcoal can interfere with the absorption of medicines and other food supplements taken orally. The manufacturer advises taking activated charcoal at least 1 hour after oral medicines or food supplements.

For teeth: Wet a soft-bristled toothbrush and lightly dip it into the charcoal powder. Brush gently for 1–2 minutes, rinse thoroughly and follow with your normal toothpaste. The manufacturer recommends using it 2–3 times per week.

For a face mask: Mix with water, coconut oil or another suitable ingredient to create a paste. Apply to the face, leave for approximately 10 minutes, then wash off, avoiding the eye area.
