PROTEIN PANCAKES MIX BY GENIUS NUTRITION®

A delicious mix for protein pancakes which contains 41% protein (whey protein) to support growth and repair of muscle mass. It is an ideal product for anyone who wants to cut down sugar and calorie levels and needs a complete protein and high quality amino acids. 

GN® Protein Pancakes uses premium ingredients for exceptional taste and nutritional levels:

PREPARATION WITH WATER

Mix 50 g (2 scoops) of Protein Pancakes and 100 ml of water and make a batter having the consistency of traditional pancake batter.

PREPARATION WITH SKIM MILK AND EGG

Mix in a blender or a shaker cup 50 g (2 scoops) of Protein Pancakes, 100 ml skim milk, and an egg and make a batter having the consistency of traditional pancake batter.

TIPS

Serve with a topping of low glycaemic index fruit: blueberries, strawberries, other berries. For an even more delicious taste, add a teaspoon of iSpread or Peanut Butter. 

This product can be used to prepare waffles.

For one serving, use 2 scoops (50g) of Genius Nutrition Protein Pancakes.

For the standard preparation, mix 50g of powder with approximately 100ml of water until a smooth pancake batter is obtained, then cook in a suitable non-stick pan.

Alternatively, the manufacturer's preparation option allows 50g of powder to be combined with approximately 140ml of skimmed milk and 1 egg.

The nutritional values above refer to 50g of the dry product only. Adding milk, egg, toppings or other ingredients will change the final nutritional values.
