Part of VIGO's Longbrew range, the kombucha undergoes a 10-day fermentation process for a fuller fermented profile. The recipe combines organic fermented tea with 1.7% organic acerola purée and 0.3% organic ginger extract, creating a refreshing balance of fruity and spicy flavours.

The kombucha base is made from water, organic glucose, organic tea, organic cider vinegar and kombucha cultures. Carbon dioxide gives the finished drink its light sparkling character.
