Уровень кислотности кофейной смеси Рейши составляет всего лишь pH 6,0 (у большинства обычных сортов кофе он составляет около 4,0–5,0*) благодаря нашей щадящей запатентованной обработке кофейных зерен после обжарки.

Будучи функциональным грибом, рейши помогает еще больше снизить уровень кислотности в кофе, дополняя его другими полезными свойствами.

Для создания этой уникальной кофейной смеси, способствующей общему оздоровлению, мы используем только экстракт гриба рейши двойной экстракции. Мы совместили вкусовой профиль гриба с кофейными зернами средней обжарки и, по-видимому, создали идеальное сочетание!

Обжаривается небольшими партиями на нашей собственной крафтовой кофейной фабрике в Южной Швеции с использованием кофейных зерен сорта арабика, закупленных напрямую у небольших органических фермерских кооперативов в Перу.
