Cyprus Delivery & Collection

Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders in Cyprus, with no minimum order value.

You can choose from the following options:

• ACS Pickup Point: Free delivery to the ACS pickup point nearest to your postcode. When you select this option at checkout, your order will automatically be directed to the nearest ACS pickup point serving your area.
• Door Delivery: Free delivery directly to your address.
• Shop Collection: You can collect your order directly from our shop for free.

Delivery Times

Our usual delivery time within Cyprus is 2–7 working days, depending on your delivery location and the courier service assigned to your order.

We work with trusted courier partners, including ACS Courier, Geniki Taxydromiki, and DHL, to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may take longer, as courier services may operate on limited delivery schedules in these locations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking & Delivery Support

Once your order has been handed over to the assigned courier company, the delivery process is managed by the courier.

Your tracking number will be sent to your email address, provided that you have supplied one when placing your order. You can use this number to track your shipment and check its delivery status.

For questions about your shipment or its delivery status, we kindly recommend contacting the courier company assigned to your order directly.

If you experience any issues with your delivery or your order has not arrived within the expected 2–7 working days, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to assist you.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 5-day return period for eligible non-edible products.

You may return eligible non-edible products within 5 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Products

Edible products, food supplements, and other consumable products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, and product quality reasons, except where the product is defective or you have received an incorrect item.

Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will always do our best to make your experience with Green Life as pleasant as possible.

If you decide to return an eligible product for personal reasons, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping cost for returning the item to us.

If you would like to exchange a product or receive a replacement for reasons unrelated to damage, defects, or an error on our part, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping cost of sending the new product to you as well. All shipping costs are calculated according to the actual rates charged to Green Life by the courier service, with no additional shipping markup.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We are truly sorry if something is not right with your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Our team will be happy to assist you and find the best possible solution.

In these cases, Green Life will cover all applicable shipping costs related to resolving the issue, including the return of the affected product and the delivery of a replacement, where applicable.
