Уровень кислотности кофейной смеси Рейши составляет всего лишь pH 6,0 (у большинства обычных сортов кофе он составляет около 4,0–5,0) благодаря нашей щадящей запатентованной обработке кофейных зерен после обжарки.

Будучи функциональным грибом, рейши помогает еще больше снизить уровень кислотности в кофе, дополняя его другими полезными свойствами.

Для создания этой уникальной кофейной смеси, способствующей общему оздоровлению, мы используем только экстракт гриба рейши двойной экстракции. Мы совместили вкусовой профиль гриба с кофейными зернами средней обжарки и, по-видимому, создали идеальное сочетание!

Обжаривается небольшими партиями на нашей собственной крафтовой кофейной фабрике в Южной Швеции с использованием кофейных зерен сорта арабика, закупленных напрямую у небольших органических фермерских кооперативов в Перу.

Use approximately 7 g of espresso-ground coffee for one single espresso.

Prepare using an espresso machine or another suitable espresso brewing method.

For a double espresso, use approximately 14 g of coffee.

Adjust extraction time and water volume according to your espresso machine and preferred coffee strength.

Rå Hygge recommends approximately 2 cups per day for its Reishi mushroom coffee.
