Add 1 heaped scoop (approximately 60g) of Genius Nutrition Rice Cream to 160ml of water in a blender bottle. Shake well and pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat the heating and stirring process until you achieve your preferred rice porridge consistency.

Rice Cream can also be prepared with milk instead of water.

For a quicker preparation, mix the product with a cold liquid in a shaker and drink.
