Description
Maritime pine essential oil helps to feel immediately efficient at waking, is used to remove the tiredness of fatigued or stressed people, in case of sleep or nervous disorder. Thanks to its expectorant properties, if inhaled fluidizes the catarrh, facilitating its elimination. It is therefore used in the event of colds, sinusitis, influenza, coughs, laryngitis, acute and chronic bronchitis, in influenza syndromes, asthma. The fresh and balmy aroma helps to clean the air in the rooms.
Use and maintenance
Fumes: against Flu, put 15 drops of essential oil of pine in a basin of boiling water, cover the head with a towel and inhale deeply. Stop briefly from time to time and continue to inhale until the water releases steam.
Internal use: 2 drops of pine essential oil in a teaspoon of honey, 3 times a day after main meals, against water retention, urinary tract infections and rheumatism.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Not indicated for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Never use pure.
