Description

Lavender has been used and loved for centuries for its unmistakable aroma and a myriad of benefits.
Already in ancient times it was used to perfume the environments, to make relaxing baths and to aromatize the foods.
Today, lavender essential oil is used, besides for its perfume, as a natural anti-inflammatory; it is known for its sedative, healing and antibiotic properties. A truly “essential” oil for the care of the mind and body.

Delicate on the skin, it is ideal for children’s disorders, massaging the back or chest helps colds, colic, irritation or nighttime agitation.

Use and maintenance

Environmental diffusion: 1 drop of lavender essential oil for every square meter of the environment in which it spreads, through the essence burner or in the water of the radiator humidifiers to alleviate headaches, nervous tension, stress, insomnia.

Toning bath: 10 drops in the bath water, emulsify by shaking the water strongly, then immerse yourself for 10 minutes to take advantage of the decongestant action for the muscular system and for rheumatic and joint pains.

Cosmetic: Add a drop to some Gisa Wellness Natural Base Cream
Internal: Dilute 1 drop per 100g / ml of food / drink
